Below is a summary of the Israel Championship in Natural Bodybuilding on behalf of the WNBF Association held on Thursday 11/15/2018:

The scoring method

• 6 judges judged the categories autonomously and independently.
  In a situation where the judge has a conflict of interest in a certain category (acquaintance with one of the competitors) he Disqualified himself from judging the category.
• Each judge ranked the competitors in each round from first to last place. To Dagoma: If 4 competitors participated in the category and the category has 2 rounds, the judge placed each competitor from first to fourth place in each round separately.
• After that, the sum of each competitor's points is calculated and the competitor with the lowest score wins the category.
• In a situation where there was a tie between the competitors, the decision was moved to a tie-breaking stage where the two competitors were put on stage side by side and the tie was decided by the judges' vote.
• It is important to note that size and toning are not the only factor that makes up the score and it consists of several components such as: muscle mass, toning (can add or subtract depending on the emphasis of the category), proportion, posing and self-presentation on stage.
