An understanding of the judging criteria is essential to the contestants' success and ensures that they are properly prepared to compete in the competition.
The judging criteria vary from category to category. Each category has its own criteria.
Knowing what the judges are looking for helps contestants avoid punishment or disqualification.
Each category will have a categorical interior division when this division will be determined near the time of the event
and will vary from competition to competition (for example, divisions by: age, experience, weight, height, etc.).

Drug testing is a WNBF priority
The backbone of the union's reputation is strict and comprehensive drug testing. We attach the utmost importance to these tests in order to ensure that the athletes are drug-free, and to ensure fair competition in all competitions both in Israel and in the world.
The use of drugs is strictly prohibited.
Every WNBF athlete must be clean for a period of 10 years from the use of prescription drugs or drugs from the list of prohibited substances.
Before using supplements, it is the athletes sole responsibility to check the listed ingredients and compare them to our list of prohibited ingredients!
The nature of the tests
- The tests will be carried out according to the guidelines of the World WNBF Association and according to WADA rules.
- As part of the tests, all competitors will undergo a polygraph test.
- The tests will be carried out during the week before the competition and by the Abir Polygraph Institute.
- The winners of the competition will also have to undergo urine tests, these tests will be performed by sending the test tubes to the WADA laboratories in California.
It will be clarified that in any case the determining list is the original list on the WNBF website. It is recommended to follow and keep up to date with changes
Preparation for the competition
Preparing for the competition is a complex process that first and foremost requires knowledge and professionalism and usually also involves the investment of quite a bit of time and effort. For this reason, many competitors, especially inexperienced competitors, are helped by a professional who accompanies them through all the stages of preparation until going on stage. It is important that the professional has the appropriate knowledge and experience in preparing competitors for competitions, in particular natural competitors, and knows how to adapt the process to each competitor personally.
The type and duration of required preparation vary from competitor to competitor, and depend on many factors such as: the competitor's current condition, self-preparation or accompanied by a professional, the level of professionalism and experience in previous preparations of the competitor and the accompanying professional, the level of the competitor's willingness and ability to invest the time and effort required for preparation, etc. '.
